New York Comedy Club - This classic NYC comedy spot plays host to a full range of talented, side-splitting comics to painful Carrot Tops in the making. But that’s the fickle nature of stand-up, no? The ambiance in both of the club's rooms are as suspected, dotted with circular tables and tiny lamps. The cover charge varies depending on the night--$10 Sunday through Thursday, and $12 Friday and Saturday. If you have a thick skin, sit up front and get made fun of by the person on stage. Scared? Then good it’s a good thing the club has an enforced 2-drink minimum to get you warmed up for laughs. The crowd is diverse and members of the audience could be as young as 16, making for a fun and lively night.
