We are very pleased to announce for the fourth year in a row, Mother's Federal Hill Grill is teaming up with Lindy Promotions to bring you Baltimore's best New Year's Eve party!

The Hyatt Regency Baltimore is one of Baltimore's premier hotel properties, conveniently located in the heart of downtown Baltimore's Inner Harbor and in close proximity to M&T Bank Stadium, the Baltimore Aquarium, Camden Yards and The Maryland Science Center.

With a ratio of one bartender for every 75 guests and 1 buffet station for every 200 guests, you won't spend your New Year's Eve waiting in lines. Capacity is limited to a very comfortable number. The event will attract a mid 20's to late 30's crowd, but everyone is welcome and expect a diverse crowd, both ethnically and age-wise. We also attract an even mix of singles and couples. With 5 party areas, the Downtown Countdown will have something for everyone!

Please keep in mind, in order to maximize the fun potential, the general admission ticket offers very limited seating. While there is some seating available in each of the party areas, there is not seating for every guest. There is, however, a much higher percentage of seating per guest in the VIP areas.

A Baltimore native and local DJ hero, DJ Candy D brings a unique style and flare unlike any other DJ around. She'll be spinning all of the hottest club beats in the Harbor View room for a night full of dancing! When asked to rank her excitement level about spinning at the Downtown Countdown on a scale of 1 - 10, her answer was, "ELEVEN!"

ANDREA PAIS   8:00-9:30PM

Andrea Pais is a singer-songwriter and pianist living in the Washington, DC area. A classically trained pianist, she started playing the piano at the age of eight. Andrea gained popularity by posting videos on YouTube. To date her videos have received more than 2.5 million views.Since then, she has graduated from recording songs in her bedroom to performing shows at local bars and coffee shops. Most recently, she has brought together a complimentary band of local talent. Together, they are impressing Baltimore/DC area audiences, winning numerous open mic contests, and receiving multiple requests for encore performances at local venues.

KIRK MCEWEN'S "SOFA KING" COOL COMEDY ROOM

Since the mid-80's Kirk McEwen has been one of the top radio personalities in Baltimore. Ever since transitioning to stand-up comedy, Kirk has been making people laugh all across the country, and has even shared the stage with acts such as Lewis Black and Daniel Tosh! Join him for a night of laughs as he hosts the Kirk McEwen Comedy Lounge!

THE LEATHERBURY TWINS

Todd and Taylor Leatherbury met when the name T. Leatherbury was called out at the Department of Motor Vehicles Correctional Facility. Their likeness uncanny, they decided to hit the road with an act. Since then the Comedy Twins have performed in over 40 states and Canada, learning to work fast and cope with anything. They have been billed with Ellen Degeneres, Dennis Miller, Martin Lawrence, and Dave Chappelle, consistently demonstrating their mass appeal to diverse audiences.

MIKE QUINDLEN

Mike Quindlen (comic, actor, travel writer, swashbuckling moron) is one of the area's most acidic, yet delightfully thoughtful "new" comic voices! BEWARE: He will offend if you are pious, ridiculous or have delicate sensibilities. Winner of MaGooby's Joke House "New Talent" Showcase And Competition Nov 2011. Has opened for the Jimmy Dore at MaGooby's Joke House. He preforms regularly at the Red House Tavern, Sonoma's, The Pratt Street Ale House, The Sidebar, Cacao Lane, Dark Horse Saloon, etc.

 Dress is formal, creative black tie, optional...kind of like MTV Music Awards. We expect it to be fun not stuffy! So...for guys - jacket and tie or tux, funky preferred; for girls- cocktail or formal dresses, with creativity encouraged!
