Located one block west of the center of the Universe, you have the option to go outside and be a part of the BALL DROP FESTIVITIES! (with your ticket you will be permitted to exit the venue and will be re-admitted after the ball drops. You accept that you will enter Times Square at your own risk and must adhere to NYPD rules and regulations)
